Crystallized – Ways to Say Black - project by Swarovski

How many ways are there to say black? Well, according to some designers and the fashion label

Crystallized ^TM – Swarovski Elements there are 22 wonderful ways to express your black and sparkling personality! What we mean is that last year the label Crystallized ^TM commissioned 22 special and unique little black dresses with integrated Swarovski elements.

Each designer found inventive ways to add the crystals to the hand-made dresses, which will be auctioned off in September 2010 at Phillips de Puri in New York. Among the participants in the project are Donna Karan, Giorgio Armani, Alber Elbaz, Diane Von Furstenberg, Sonia Rykiel and others.

One hundred percent of the proceeds of the auction and of the sale of the catalogue will go to the American Cancer Society and Le ligue nationale contre cancer in France.
